A KC-10 Extender assigned to the 305th Air Mobility Wing is prepped for divestment at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, on Sept. 15, 2022. The retirement of the KC-10 was heralded by the arrival of the KC-46 Pegasus, which now serves the 305th AMW as the backbone of its strategic global refueling mission.
