HEMOPHILIC ARTHOPATHY

Hemophilic arthropathy of the ankle (hemarthrosis) : - at the two extremities at the front and at the back of the tibia there are two osteophytes - at the level of the articulation tibia and astragalus, we have a diffuse pinch of the line space with a degradation of the cartilage - on the articular side of the tibia, we have a subchondral geode (hole) - between the astragalus and the calcaneum there is an enlargement of the sinus of the tarsus - at the level of the posterior part of the tibia and the astragalus, we can find an epiphyseal hypertrophy.
