Elizabeth Roboz Einstein (1904-1995), Hungarian-US biochemist and neuroscientist. Einstein worked at the Cornell University Sugar Research Foundation, and then joined the Food Research Laboratory at Stanford Research Institute. She has studied at the University of Vienna, and the University of Budapest, and immigrated to the United States in 1940.
