TRUJILLO, Honduras (July 31, 2017) Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Steven Still, an independent duty corpsman assigned to Branch Health Clinic Naval Station Norfolk, teaches Honduran firefighters how to respond to mass casualty events during Southern Partnership Station 17. SPS-EPF 17 is a Navy deployment, executed by Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet, focused on subject matter expert exchanges with partner nation militaries and security forces in Central and South America.
