Bristol, UK. 23rd July, 2017. The harbour festival started back in 1971 by a group of boat owners trying to stop Bristol City Council from filling in the harbour, they succeeded. Now still mainly a free festival and having a nautical theme a with a variety of boats in the floating harbour it has evolved and grown.
