It will blister if thoroughly rubbed in, will re- move Calluses, Thickenings, and all en- largements that will yield to a mild blister, and will work w^ell on Spavins or Ringbones. Directions. — For Cockled Joints, Sprung Knees, and Knotted Cords, bathe and gently rub in enough to pro- duce something of an irritation,but not so much as to form much scab. Some horses blister so much more easily than others that it is impos- sible to give directions that will fit in all cases. The man using it must exercise some judgment in order to be success- ful. After one or tw^o applications you can see the eifect; if it irritates too much, rub less, and if not enough, rub more.
