The Iberdrola Tower is located in Bilbao, the largest city in the Basque Country, in the north of Spain. The concrete, steel and glass giant is 165 metres high, has 41 floors and covers a total of 50,000 square metres of floor space. This makes this high-rise the tallest building in the entire Basque Country. Construction began in 2007 and was completed in 2011. The huge office center was built as a sustainable "green building". The 41-storey high building was designed by the Argentinean architect César Pelli
