Opening District House by A. Mussert, 1941 photograph Mussert greets the Dutch Sser Heubel during the opening of a district house in Haarlem. He was Fl. Rost van Tonningen, the black widow. From 1941, Heubel was in the SS and died in the Netherlands in April 1945 in a fight with the Canadians. Right behind Mussert are adjutant van den Arend.
