The service members of JTF-LI are supporting the voluntary evacuation of citizens from Dominica and the delivery of humanitarian assistance to the island in the wake of Hurricane Maria. The task force is a military unit composed of Marines, Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen, and represents Southern Command’s primary response to both disasters.
