21/07/14 On the first Monday of the school holidays young lads throw themselves from the sea wall into the sea at Bridlington. Locals estimate they are jumping from a height of 30 feet into water that is only between 6 and 10 feet deep. Fishermen said the craze known as tombstoning is out of control in the East Riding of Yorkshire seaside town and spoke of a death two years ago and many injuries. Two of today's tombstoners complained of cuts and bruises after today's jumps. All Rights Reserved - F Stop Press. Tel: +44 (0)1335 300098
