At the Royal Institute for the Marine (Kim) in Den Helder, the command change takes place between the Colonel of the Mariniers (Kolmarns) van Velsen and Captain-Ter-Zee (KTZ) De Graaff. The new commander of the Kim, KTZ De Graaff, has just been handed over from the separating Commander Kim, Kolmarns van Velsen (RMWO4).
