Apple co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs (1955-2011) on stage to announce the special U2 20GB iPod model at the California Theater in San Jose, CA. Jobs was forced out of the company he helped create in 1985 only to be brought back as the interim Chief Executive Officer in 1996. Jobs returned to Apple as the company was near bankruptcy. Jobs died on October 5th 2011 and the company he helped create, Apple, became the largest technology firm in the world. Jobs also wore his signature black turtleneck sweater and blue jeans.
