For the welfare of the State, for the best interests of the institution,to meet the demands made upon the institution and maintain it with theenormous increase in the price of foodstuffs, feed, clothing, etc., wewould suggest that the recommendations enumerated in the Report ofthe Superintendent be urged before the next Legislature.
