Nikolai Ivanovich Kibalchich (1853 - 1881)Russian revolutionary of Ukrainian-Serbian origin. He took part in the assassination of Tsar Alexander II as the main explosive expert for Narodnaya Volya (the People's Will), and was also a rocket pioneer.
