Elbert Gwinn, a general supply specialist with Army Field Support Battalion-Germany, moves a piece of equipment in his supply room. Gwinn was instrumental in fielding a large order of office equipment and orchestrated the displacement of 80 pieces of excess equipment and supplies in a short amount of time. He was recently recognized for his outstanding work and received a special award signed by the commanding general of Army Sustainment Command.
