Air Force Maj. Dan Brown, emergency physician, center, discusses an infant care technique April 7, 2014, at the Chunox Roman Catholic Pre-School in Chunox, Belize. Brown is deployed from the 60th Medical Operations Squadron at Travis Air Force Base, Calif. The care was provided as part of a medical training exercise, or MEDRETE, that offers and Canadian military doctors and nurses the opportunity to train and interact with their Belizean counterparts.
