Pelvis and Upper Legs with Arteriosclerosis

This frontal view from a CT angiogram of the pelvis and upper legs shows atherosclerotic changes of the vessels without significant narrowing. This technique uses spiral CT technique in conjunction with a rapid bolus injection of intravenous contrast. This technique allows visualization of the background anatomy for reference in addition to the blood vessels.
