A fancy pigeon, known in the pigeon world as an Oriental Frill. Closeup showing a man's hand touching the bill of the pigeon. This pigeon escaped its owner and showed up at my house. I captured it and turned it over to a rescue institution. This image was taken indoors, showing an old cage that usually sits on my patio for my African Gray parrots to use during warm weather.
