SASEBO, Japan (November 9, 2018) Chief Master-at-Arms Robert Stark, from Vidor, Texas, assigned to Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo’s security department, coordinates with Japanese Ground Self Defense Force soldiers in response to a simulated chemical attack during Guard and Protect 18. Guard and Protect is an annual bilateral force protection exercise designed to strengthen the relationship and interoperability between the Navy and Japanese forces.
