Spc. Chaztein M. Sheats, secetary general staff executive administrative assistant, 1st Sustainment Command (Theater), received a commander's coin for his outstanding service and dedication to duty from Maj. Gen. William Hickman, deputy commanding general, operational command post, United States Army Central, Dec. 17, at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Sheats went above and beyond working outside his assigned duties and assisted the ARCENT and 29th Infantry Division G1 Personnel sections for more than 60 days.
