To the City Council of Lowell: Gentlemen:—In compliance with the provisions of thefirst section of the eleventh chapter of the City Ordinan-ces, I herewith submit the Report of the business of myoffice for the official year ending this day. The following actions, which Were pending at the dateof the last annual report of this office, have been disposedof during the year, as follows: 1. Robert Wood and Wife vs. City of Lowell.
