Meda Saudi Arabia


The oasis city of Meda'In Saleh was built by the Nabateans to rule southern part of Saudi and is located on a main trade route. Huge tombs and buildings are carved into the red sandstone rock. Qasar Al-Farid is a large rock pillar. The building or tomb with smooth walls has been hewn or carved out of the soft rock.
