When we were in Singapore, one could see that there was a lot of construction work ongoing in Singapore. You turn the corner and there would be a cordoned off section where there would be some sort of construction work ongoing, and a crane hanging over the entire area. This was a photo of a crane being used to move some electricity equipment into position, as a part of the preparation for the Formula 1 race in Singapore (actually this is a belief on my part, since this was happening near the same route on which the Formula 1 race will run). This was happening right next to a flyover on which a lot of busy traffic was passing.
