"Royal Mail Classic Locomotives stamp launch Locomotive Running Shed Foreman Fred Franklin stands on GCR Robinson 8K 2 8 0 freight locomotive 63601 built 1911 at the Great Central Railway Loughborough Leicestershire. He holds the new Royal Mail Steam Railway Stamp issue depicting the engine. The six stamps showing Preserved Railway Locomotives across the UK were launched at the National Railway Museum York on 12 January 2004"
