Paisley near Glasgow, Scotland, UK. 28th January, 2015. The 2015 Rally Monte Carlo Historique set off from outside the 12th century abbey in Paisley city centre. Hundreds of spectators are expected to brave the cold weather to enjoy the start of the rally, This is the 5th anniversary of the rally leaving from Scotland and in celebration the local car clubs and council have laid on various entertainments.
