Blowing a raspberry. Norfolk, UK: THESE HARE-RAISING images from Saturday 4th March show some hares leaping into the air. One image from Norfolk shows a hare flying high as it jumps out of the way of its opponent, showcasing the best of its evasion tactic for their boxing matches. Hares can run up to 50 miles-per-hour and can leap as high as ten feet from a stand still. These images were captured by photographer Frances Crickmore using a Canon 1Dx camera. ?Sitting in my car using it as a hide I really love seeing the hares boxing,? said Frances. ?I have nearly 10 thousand followers on Instagram who also love hares, so they really must be protected. They really have a tough time. ?Hares are now boxing and paring up. They have up to three babies but they keep them separated so at least one might make it to adulthood. ?They are a very mystical mediadrumimages/FrancesCrickmore
