4th February 2018 Laney & Mark's Help for Homeless Project leave hats and scarves for the homeless in Bath on this bitter cold February day. It is a common sight to see a lost hat or glove placed on railings, but today the railings outside the Bath Guild hall were decorated with donations to keep the homeless warm.
