Palmoplantar pustulosis
Soles of the feet of a patient with palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP). This condition mainly affects the palms and soles, leading to inflamed skin with sterile pustules. The cause is not known, although it is thought to be an autoimmune disease. Treatment is of the inflammation with topical steroids.
