Spc. Matthew Orth, assigned to the 601st Quartermaster Company, 173rd Brigade Support Battalion, 173rd Airborne Brigade, tackles the Six Vault obstacle during the first Army Southern European Task Force, Africa (SETAF-AF) Best Squad Competition held at Caserme Del Din, Vicenza, Italy on May 25, 2022. The competition spans four physically and mentally demanding days where competitors are tested on tactical, technical and leadership skills as they vie to be named the Best Squad. Six squads and eight individual Soldiers from nine units are competing for the title Best Warrior and Best Squad.
