MARINE CORPS TRAINING AREA BELLOWS, HAWAII – A Marine with Company B., Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit rushes to clear a building of enemy combatants during a raid part of Sustainment Exercise, July 14, 2017. SUSTEX is the MEU’s first exercise since deploying building on and honing the skills they sharpened during their work up training. The 15th MEU and America Amphibious Ready Group Team are deployed as a crisis response and contingency force in support of fleet and combatant commanders.
