Sasha Straub begins her run as she is videotaped during the Pose Method training class Aug. 4 at the Army Wellness Center, Fort Carson, Colorado. Class members from across 4th Infantry Division and Evans Army Community Hospital received training to study a runner’s pose, provide individualized exercises to improve the runner’s pose and become certified to provide this training within their units.
