Lot 12 embraced the Phenix Deuel, Samuel Tanner andEdward Hunting farms, each originally one-third. James Alexanderowned one third of Lot 30, north of Lot 12, and he commences the bounda-ry of the church lot thirty-three links one rod and a third north of the linebetween the two lots.
