They are being shown the National Response and Coordination Center by LTJG Kassandra Cinatl, the US Coast Guard Liaison to FEMA, Disaster Operations Directorate. Each spring the US Coast Guard Academy's Institute for Leadership sponsors a seminar that focuses on leadership within a selected topic.
