NEW YORK (May 25, 2017) – John Seelie, the last known Army veteran stationed at Schofield Barracks in Hawaii during the Pearl Harbor attack, is presented a flag at the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. FWNY, now in is 29th year, is the city’s time honored celebration of the sea services.
