Agrigento Sicily Italy

Agrigento was the centre of Greek then Roman and then Cartheginian rule on the island of Sicily. The Temple of Castor and Pollux or Temple of the Dioscuri was built during the last decades of the 5th century BC in what is now known as the valley of the temples, and is a UNESCO world heritage site.
