Large, single lemon yellow flowers with downy white foliage; blooms in August and September; 4 feet. Rigidus Japonicus. One of the most desirable varieties, beginning to bloom early in July and continuing until fall; flowers golden-yellow, with dark centre; 5 feet. Wolley Dod.
