GULLETT & SONS, Lincoln, Illinois A Mention The Review when you write. LOUISVILLE, KY. The Market. ^ Stock has been short throughout the week. Columbia, Ophelia, Sunburst and the Killarney roses have been in excel- lent condition. Bed roses have been scarce. Ward roses are not plentiful, but the few coming in are of good color- ing and condition. Easter lilies are now coming in and bring good prices. Orchids and valley are in the market and both are of unusual quality. Some good blooming plants are making their appearance on the local market. Cycla- mens are in the lead, with begonias a good second. Primroses are also in fairly good condition. Various Notes. Miss Emma Baumer, with August R. Baumer, is back at work after an ill- ness. The family of Louis Kirch, who have been ill for several weeks, are all im- proving, except Mrs. Kirch. Mr. Kirch has been extremely busy trying to fur- nish greens to the florists throughout the city with a limited supply, but brighter days are in prospect, as he is now able to get enough stotfk to meet demands. Should you want to see some pretty begonias, you should take a walk through the greenhouses of Adam Heitz. Mrs. Heitz is able to be out now, as well as little Miss Dot Heitz, who was hit by an automobile while going to school January 30,
