HALIFAXES LEAVE FOR D�SSELDORF : 11th/12th JUNE 1943 - Scenes on an Bomber Command station on the night of June 11th when Halifaxes took off to attack dusseldorf. The raid was officially described as "in verv great strength". The number of heavy bombers despatched was the greatest yet engaged in any night.
