SEA (June 6, 2018) Chief Boatswain’s Mate Keith Becker stands safety watch aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Bainbridge (DDG 96) during refueling operations with the German Berlin-class replenishment ship Frankfurt am Main (A 1412) in support of exercise Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) 2018. BALTOPS is the premier annual maritime-focused exercise in the Baltic Region and one of the largest exercises in Northern Europe that is designed to enhancing flexibility and interoperability among allied and partner nations.
