NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (March 30, 2022) Navy Lt. Marisa St. Clair, assigned to the aircraft carrier Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) John F. Kennedy (CVN 79), receives a farewell handshake from Capt. Todd Marzano, commanding officer, during a ring-off ceremony aboard the ship. Kennedy is the second Ford-class aircraft carrier and is under construction at the Huntington Ingalls Industries Newport News Shipyard.
