GNF-2 kinase inhibitor, molecular model. GNF-2 is used to help anti-cancer drugs overcome drug-resistant mutations. It is a selective allosteric BCR-ABL inhibitor that affects the tyrosine kinase enzyme by binding to and inducing conformational changes in the kinase site. The molecular formula is: Atoms (spheres) are colour-coded: carbon (light grey), hydrogen (white), fluorine (green), nitrogen (blue), and oxygen (red).
