Eatons Neck Lighthouse. Established in 1799, Eaton's Neck Lighthouse is located on the east side of the entrance to Huntington Bay, Long Island Sound, [New York]. The light is 73 feet above ground in a white stone tower attached to the dwelling, and is 144 feet above water. Of 26,000 candlepower, it is visible for 18 miles. The fog signal is a compressed-air-operated siren.
