A civilian contractor removes wood framing at the Puerto Rico Air National Guard Contingency Response Facility construction site, overseen by Naval Facilities (NAVFAC) and being constructed by QB Group LLC at the 156th Wing, Muñiz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico, Jan. 18, 2023. The CRF will house Contingency Response Group Airmen and equipment, allowing rapid mobilization of assets.
