Antique 18th century Chinese blue and white Qianlong export porcelain plate that has later been decorated or ‘clobbered’ in England with bright overglaze enamels. Featuring a large central medallion with willow, peonies and pierced scholars rock, bordered by radiating panels with four dragons and additional floral motifs. Red pseudo-Chinese mark typical for clobberware of the period. Diameter: 23 cm
