Ex.\MiXATiox.—Cystoscopy: i. Presence of Tumor. 2. Carcinomaor Papilloma. Isually the cystoscopic diagonsis is not difficult. Ifthere is fresh bleeding, the best \iew of the l)ladder and tumor is madeduring irrigation. The red, tluff\- papilloma may be confused witli l)]oodclots, and the gray, sloughv carcinoma vvitii calcareous incrustation ofthe bladder. The examination of ])iece< of tumor obtained with therongeur forceps (cystoscopic) or sticking to the C}stoscope may confirmthe diagnosis.
