CaptainFuller on his return met them at Tunnel Hill andturned them back. Peter Bracken, the engineeron the freight train, ran his engine fifty and a halfmiles—two of them backing the whole freight trainup to Adairsville—made twelve stops, coupled thetwo cars dropped by the fugitives, and switched themoff on sidings in one hour and five minutes.
