HUNT, a worthy pioneer farmer ofI Peach Orchard Township, now residing in^f^ I Melvin, was born near Danville, Vermilion^/y County, HI., on the 4th of January, 1829,and is a son of Cornelius and Ann (Sidle) parents were natives of New Jersej. Hisfather was born August 9, 1799, and died in LaSalle County, 111., in May, 1874, in his seventy-fifth year. The mother was born August 6, 1803,and is still living, at the advanced age of eighty-nine years, making her home in Melvin. When asmall child, Mr. Hunt, Sr., removed
