The Concrete House in Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, London. FURTHER DETAILS IN DESCRIPTION.

The Concrete House in Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, was built in 1873 by Charles Drake of the Patent Concrete Building Company. It is of architectural and historic interest as it is believed to be the only remaining example of a Nineteenth Century concrete house in England. Although it is Grade II listed and is on the English Heritage Buildings at Risk register it is semi-derelict because the whereabouts of the owner are unknown and until they can be found it cannot be restored or demolished.
