LA SPEZIA, ITALY - Sailors onboard the school ship Amerigo Vespucci stand at parade rest on October 4, 2013 in La Spezia, Italy. The Amerigo Vespucci, first launched February 22, 1931, is the oldest commissioned ship in the Italian Navy. Their motto is "Non chi comincia ma quel che persevera", has carried out training cruises continuously. The training activity is carried out mainly for the Naval Academy cadets, but also for the students of the Military Naval School.
