A Swiss officer halberd, end of the 17th century. Broad spike with decorative piercings (some old solderings) on a shaft sectioned by balusters. Crescent-shaped blade and grappling hook with chiselled roots and also lavishly embellished with piercings. Tetragonal socket with four side straps.
